FAQ - About LMAL
What is your returns policy?

We have a 30-day returns policy which means that if you find the solution is not suitable you can return it. However, software must be returned sealed and unused.

After we receive your return the refund process will take four to six weeks. You will be refunded by the same
method as your payment. So if you paid by credit card, we will credit the same credit card account; if you ordered by purchase order and were invoiced, LMAL will credit your account. (If you have already paid the invoice and have no outstanding balance, LMAL will send you a refund cheque.)

Shipping charges are not refunded unless the reason for the return is an error on LMALs' behalf. No refunds will be issued without a valid RMA number.

How do I return something?
  1. Call us on 01473 836 214
    Please have the following information available
    • The order number
    • Date of purchase
    • The product(s) you are returning
    • The serial number(s), if applicable
    • The reason for the return

  2. A Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number
    will be issued to you. Your RMA number is valid for 14 days from the date of issue. The merchandise must be received by Laurie Mullaney Associates Limited, if it is received after the 14 days, we will not honour the RMA and no credit will be issued

  3. Ship the package with the RMA number to the following address:

How long will it take to despatch my order?

We aim to deliver within 7 days of your order.

How can I pay?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch. Alternatively you can pay by cheque.
